Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate who will be responsible for performing and supporting Downstream manufacturing tasks. Including but not limited to:


  • Maintain GMP compliance in clean rooms
  • Responsible for Downstream GMP processing activities: buffer preparation, antibody purification, and drug substance formulation
  • Support material inventory control for downstream activities
  • Perform good documentation practices that meet cGMP guidelines
  • Responsible for supporting essential supply inventory, maintaining compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), policies and safety practices



  •  BS in life sciences; at least 1 year relevant experience a plus
  • Experience with GMP-compliant downstream processes, notably in the area of antibody purification
  • Experience with large volume buffer (SOL to 200L) preparation
  • Experience with the AK.TA Process chromatography system
  • Experience with maintaining and executing GMP-qualified protocols and SOP's
  • Understanding of cGMP QA/QC compliance
  • Understanding of following SOP’s
